The ANMA Integrated Development Association (AIDA), through its Don Bosco Job Placement Network (JPN) in Dimapur, organised a Career Guidance Session on Competitive Exams on February 20 at the AIDA campus, offering young aspirants preparing for various national and state-level competitive examinations much-needed direction and motivation.
AIDA–Don Bosco Job Placement Network (JPN), Dimapur, successfully organized a Walk-in Interview Programme on 29 January, in collaboration with the National Career Service Centre (NCSC) for Differently Abled, Dimapur, and the NCSC for the SC/ST Department, Kohima, Nagaland. The initiative provided a meaningful platform for job seekers to interact directly with employers across diverse industries, with a strong focus on inclusive employment.
The Don Bosco Job Placement Network (DB JPN) hosted the DB HR Summit Guwahati 2025 at Bosco Reach Out (BRO), Ulubari, bringing together employers, industry professionals, labour officials, and placement coordinators to strengthen partnerships that enhance youth employability across the Northeast and beyond.
The AIDA Don Bosco Job Placement Services in Dimapur, in collaboration with government agencies and employment partners, successfully hosted a Job Fair on November 21 at the Directorate of Employment (SDE), Regional Employment Exchange Office, Kohima. The event was organized jointly with the National Career Service Centre (NCSC) for SC/ST Kohima, NCSC for Differently Abled Dimapur, Regional Employment Exchange Kohima, and the Model Career Centre Kohima.
In a significant step toward bridging the gap between education and employment, the AIDA–Don Bosco Job Placement Network (DB JPN), Dimapur, in collaboration with Don Bosco College (Autonomous), Maram, successfully organized its first-ever Job Fair on October 28, 2025, at Don Bosco College, Maram, Senapati District, Manipur.
Marking a meaningful move towards career empowerment, Don Bosco College, Golaghat, in collaboration with AIDA – Don Bosco Job Placement Network (JPN), Dimapur, hosted an Employability Skilling Session on August 5. The initiative aimed at bridging the critical gap between education and employment, especially for students from semi-urban and rural backgrounds.

This initiative aims to provide valuable resources and guidance to young aspirants preparing for these examinations.
