Don Bosco Arts and Science College, Kilpauk, in collaboration with DB Jananam and Eeranilam, inaugurated a two-day art exhibition on July 6 at DB Square on the college campus. The exhibition, themed "Addiction to Drugs and Its Evils in Society," highlighted the message of a drug-free society through creative expression.
Don Bosco Tech Society organised a nationwide online seminar on mental wellbeing ahead of World Youth Skills Day. Titled "Mental Health Matters – World Youth Skills Day Seminar," it was held on July 3 through Microsoft Teams as part of the organisation's preparations for the annual observance on July 15. The 90-minute session focused on promoting mental wellbeing, emotional awareness and holistic development among young trainees.
Don Bosco Higher Secondary School, Kohima, partnered with the Directorate of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Nagaland, to conduct a two-day Vision Screening Programme under the National Programme for Control of Blindness and Visual Impairment. The programme benefited hundreds of students by providing early eye care intervention—an initiative to promote preventive healthcare for school-going children. The programme's team examined 423 students, identified 328 who require corrective lenses, and will provide them with free spectacles.
In a commendable initiative that integrates education, health awareness, and community outreach, the NSS Unit and the Department of History of Don Bosco College Golaghat, affiliated to Dibrugarh University, organised a Health Checkup and Medical Camp on May 8 in observance of World Thalassemia Day. The Diocese of Rayagada hosted a one-day consultation, “Pilgrims of Hope: Journeying with Odisha Informal and Migrant Workers,” at Don Bosco Muniguda, bringing together parish leaders, catechists, and council representatives to assess and respond to the needs of affected communities.
Kochi - The Don Bosco for Migrants (DB4M) team concluded a two-day Source and Destination Visit to Kerala on November 29–30, 2025, shedding light on the realities of interstate migrant workers and the collaborative efforts required to support them. The immersion brought together representatives from source provinces Tiruchy, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Kolkata, who engaged with institutions, government officials, and migrant communities across Vaduthala, Angamaly, Perumbavoor, and Palluruthy.

In a pioneering initiative that bridges technology and compassion, students from Don Bosco Infotech, Kilinochchi, led a transformative half-day workshop on student mental wellness for 30 principals and counselors from government schools in the Jaffna region. 'Revyv’, an AI-powered mental health management app developed by the Infotech students and powered by Carelabs was the highlight of the event.
In a resounding display of athleticism, unity, and youthful spirit, the Don Bosco Sports Academy of Shillong Province (INS) emerged victorious at the maiden All India Don Bosco Inter-Province U-17 Basketball Tournament held in Hyderabad on 10–11 October 2025. The event, organized by the Salesian Provincial Conference of South Asia (SPCSA) and DBYA – Sports Academy, was hosted by the Hyderabad Province (INH) at Don Bosco School of Excellence, Motinagar, and Don Bosco High School, Erragadda.
