For the Salesians of Don Bosco, a success story reflects Don Bosco's vision of journeying with and for the young through preventive education, love, and practical support. It begins with challenging circumstances like poverty or social exclusion among overlooked youth, advancing via dedicated accompaniment in oratories, schools, and centers. Clear problems such as unemployment or moral drift are addressed with reason, religion, and kindness, yielding triumphs like jobs, vocations, and community leadership.

Success here means lasting impact over fleeting wealth, as seen in a street kid becoming a skilled artisan or at-risk teens building youth ministries. Salesians act as companions fostering resilience and faith against issues like digital isolation or migration. These stories prove Don Bosco's system's power, with results like higher graduation rates and reduced delinquency inspiring global Salesian efforts.
