Father Joel welcomed participants, setting a warm tone for the gathering, followed by the prayer service In God We Trust, led by Father Milton Fernandes. Father Sandesh Fernandes then outlined the Province Policy, aligning goals for the upcoming academic year.

The first keynote, Shaping Hearts and Minds for Transformation, was delivered by Savio Faleiro, former principal of Father Agnel College, Pilar. He urged school leaders to balance academic excellence with the holistic character formation of students.

Post-break, Father Constantine Fernandes addressed legal updates and meeting minutes. Senior journalist Sandesh Prabhudesai offered an Outside Perspective on education's role in shaping society, while Father Merwin Fernandes shared updates from the National Educational Conference of Don Bosco Schools (NECDBS).

Afternoon sessions included faith formation by Father Simao Fernandes on the theme Embracing Hope, along with plans for Catechetical Week 2025–26. Russel, Principal of Nirmala College of Education, discussed New Educational Trends and Future Challenges, stressing adaptability in evolving academic contexts.

A lively Individual School Sharing session, moderated by Father Christovan Cardozo, allowed principals to exchange best practices. In the General Matters and Concerns segment, Fathers Jonathan Ribeiro and Royston D'Souza addressed initiatives such as establishing a Center of Excellence, expanding vocational training, and poverty eradication projects.

The meeting concluded with Provincial Father Clive Telles urging participants to live out the year's theme, Be Hope Give Hope, followed by a vote of thanks from Father Melwin Ferrao.
