South Asia 02 Revitalize Fraternal Life in Communities
Mapping News Coverage with Strategic Goals
Revitalizing fraternal life is central to GC29’s vision, calling communities to be places of joyful humanity inspired by Valdocco and rooted in Don Bosco’s charism. Authentic fraternity overcomes individualism through listening, dialogue, shared vision, and mutual support, becoming a witness of God’s love and a source of vocations. In South Asia, initiatives like the “Spirituality Series” and Mission Poverty Eradication foster community engagement, shared practices, and pastoral collaboration, making fraternity both a gift of God and a workshop of humanity.
