On 16 June, Fr. Rafael Bejarano, General Councillor for Youth Pastoral Ministry, convened his first online meeting with the Youth Delegate of Don Bosco Animation South Asia and the core team. The virtual gathering brought together coordinators of the Four Dimensions of Salesian Youth Ministry: Fr. John Parankimalil (Educational and Cultural), Fr. Francisco Pereira (Education to Faith), Fr. Gabriel Karunaraj (Vocational), and Fr. Patrick Lepcha (Social Experience).
Don Bosco Youth Animation South Asia (DBYA-SA) organized an annual seminar on Youth Ministry, a formative programme for young Salesians [Training of Trainers (TOT)]to equip themselves on various Salesian documents and methods to live the Salesian charism with the young people from September 19 -21, at Don Bosco Provincial House Matunga, Mumbai. There were 19 participants from the five provinces of South India animated by Fr. John Christy INM, Fr. Joji Yeruva INH, Fr. Leon Cruz INB, Mr. Peter Das and Fr. Patrick Lepcha DBYA. The seminar is organized alternatively for South Asia's Northern and Southern regions.
