The Leaders and Animators’ Formation (LAF) Programme was held at BIRDY (Bosco Institute of Research and Development for Youth), Hyderabad, from September 12 to 14, on the theme “Salesian Youth Leaders as Pilgrims and Beacons of Hope to the Family, to the Church and to the Society.” The three-day gathering brought together 85 participants from the Provinces of Kolkata, Delhi, and Hyderabad.
The Don Bosco Youth Pilgrimage, held at the Don Bosco Shrine in Bandlaguda Jagir, infused fresh energy and faith into young participants from the Salesian Parishes of Bandlaguda, Borabanda, and Sanathnagar. With the theme "Youth as Pilgrims of Hope," the day-long gathering blended prayer, reflection, fellowship, and celebration, drawing inspiration from the life and mission of Don Bosco.
A new chapter in youth empowerment began with the launch of the DB Tech Skill Training Program, sponsored by SBI Foundation, at PARA, Ravulapalem. The program equipped young people with modern skill sets in Drone Technology and Solar Technology, two rapidly growing fields with immense potential for employment and sustainable development.

Blending faith with future-readiness, the Province of St Joseph, Hyderabad, organized a Career Guidance Training Program for the quinquennium batch Salesians at Don Bosco Provincial House on July 21–22. The two-day seminar aimed to equip young priests with the tools and perspectives necessary to accompany youth in their vocational and career journeys.
