Bosco Team Organized a two days training programme for the students and staffs of Don Bosco Technical Institute Lucknow. The students` training was designed exclusively for the new admissions in the field of Secretarial Practice, DTP, CCA, A.C. and Automobile.
Bosco Team Organized a two days training programme for the students and staffs of Don Bosco Technical Institute Lucknow. The students` training was designed exclusively for the new admissions in the field of Secretarial Practice, DTP, CCA, A.C. and Automobile. A total of 160 students attended this session in batches of four. The training program was structured with the objective of developing the level of confidence of those students by giving them activity-based sessions on self-worth, positive attitude, first impression; and giving them a sense of direction in life through sessions like goal setting, problem solving, listening & study skills and peer pressure. These marginalized youth, who recently joined the institute with the determination to make their tomorrows better, were beaming with confidence and determination after the sessions.
The staffs` training was conducted with the prime objective of motivating them to become better and more effective trainers. There were a total of 12 teachers who attended the two day programme. This training helped the staffs to identify different roles that they need to take as an effective trainer, teacher, mentor, facilitator, etc. and how effectively they can impart training on their respective trade. The training programme for the teachers focused on activity-based learning on Motivation & Team Work, Knowing the Difficulties the students face and dealing with them innovatively and Methods of Effective Training.
