The Digital Innovation for Enhanced Documentation Training Programme took place from January 20 to 22, 2025, at Don Bosco Media House, Trichy. Organized by the Don Bosco Young at Risk (YaR) Forum, Delhi, and hosted by the INT Province, the program brought together 33 participants, including Homelink Hub Directors and Coordinators from eight provinces, to enhance documentation processes and decision-making using the Homelink DIGI platform.

The training focused on aligning initiatives with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), sustainable resource mobilization, and data-driven interventions. Participants engaged in expert-led sessions covering topics such as data visualization, proposal drafting, donor engagement, and policy compliance, while gaining practical experience with cutting-edge digital tools like Power BI and Azure AI.

A significant highlight of the event was the release of the nationwide Statistical Report of YaR Forum (2023-2024), which was officially handed over to Dr. Rozario and Mr. Louis Manohar by Rev. Fr. Agilan Sarprasadam, Provincial of the INT Province.

This training marked a pivotal step forward in equipping participants with the knowledge and tools necessary for improving documentation processes and decision-making frameworks. It underscored the importance of collaboration, innovation, and data-driven approaches in fostering sustainable solutions for the welfare of at-risk youth and their families.

On January 22, the General Body Meeting (GBM) of the YaR Forum began with an insightful exposition by Dr. Henry Rozario of Exodus Consultancy on the topic, "Implications of Theory of Change and the Need for Long-Term Planning – Context, Progress, and the Path Ahead."

During the GBM, members explored the Salesian Frame of Reference on Works and Services for Young People in Situations of Vulnerability and Exclusion, a key document from the Salesian Youth Ministry Sector, Rome. The discussions focused on envisioning a YaR Ministry Framework and co-creating national and province-level action plans for the short, intermediate, and long term.
