The streets of central Bengaluru came alive with vibrant energy early Sunday morning on 27 April, as the 17th edition of the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) World 10K run kicked off, setting the stage for a celebration of athleticism, community and human spirit. Mr. Suresh N and a few other collaborators of BREADS (Bangalore Rural Education & Development Society) represented BREADS in the 5k Majja run category. Participants in the Majja Run are not tracked for finish times, and timing certificates are not issued. The focus is on celebrating the act of running for fun, with the option for participants to wear costumes and promote social causes.
