A ground-breaking leadership formation initiative, LEAD Academy, concluded its 18-day nationwide program on July 30, leaving a transformative impact on mid-level church leaders and educators across India. Rooted in the pedagogical traditions of Harvard University and inspired by IAS training methodologies, the initiative blended academic rigour with spiritual depth to foster resilient, purpose-driven leadership.

Don Bosco School, Park Circus, partnered with International STEAM Research (ISR), USA, to host two-day MuseVention 2025, an interdisciplinary exhibition from July 31 to August 1. From disaster mitigation drones to Formula 1 simulations, crop management models to architectural cityscapes, over 500 student prototypes transformed the campus into a vibrant launchpad for innovation. These young change makers didn’t merely present projects; they told stories of exploration, months in the making, guided by ISR-certified facilitators and fuelled by curiosity.

Salesian College (Autonomous), Siliguri, set a new benchmark in educational innovation with the launch of North Bengal’s first-ever Virtual Reality (VR) Lab. The facility, located in the Salesian Library, was inaugurated by Fr. (Dr) Joseph Pauria, Provincial of the Kolkata Salesian Province, in a ceremony attended by college management, faculty, students, and alumni.
