As a pilot programme, BSK began this study and evaluation process in similarity with a project done in 2002. The process took a longer period due to Covid 19. Provincial council after having seen the processes and methods used in BOLD have decided a similar process to be done for all our communities except formation houses since they have already done it two years ago. BSK has involved Salesians, Salesian family members, teachers & Instructors, Students, youth members, past pupils, and staff involved in various projects. The BOLD report presents the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT). Based on SWOT the communities have come out with a SIX-year plan with prioritization of needs and developmental activities to be taken up in the coming 6 years. Mr. Louis Manohar, an expert in institutional analysis has been guiding and mentoring in this process. He has prepared all questionnaires and directly visited the YaR main centres and PARA of the province and organized the BOLD process. The provincial council has formed 3 teams viz., 1.
