PERSONNEL IN ADMINISTRATION: In Book 2 we look at all the people involved in administration - everyone! This includes recruiting, service conditions, salaries, leaves, welfare programmes and all that we need to know and do so that everyone involves in the mission of the organisation with a sense of belonging.
