Led by Father Gabriel Karunaraj, Coordinator for Vocational Guidance in South Asia, the event facilitated understanding of today's youth and taught effective methods of accompanying them.

The workshop emphasized the Salesian approach to youth ministry, focusing on reason, religion, and loving-kindness. The participants engaged in interactive sessions and practical exercises to gain insights and skills in effectively engaging and supporting young people. Overall, the workshop strengthened the foundation of the Salesian Youth Ministry in Sri Lanka and equipped participants to make an impact on young people.

Father Roshan Miranda, the Provincial of the Vice Province of Sri Lanka, coordinated the event, with support from Father Paul, Vice Provincial, Father Ellicherail Thomas and Father Jude. The event empowered the young minds, and they were grateful for the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and skills in Salesian Youth Ministry.
